How to “bypass” or “through” Qualcomm ISP on Dragonboard 410C?
that means I want to transfer the input data from CSI to MDP directly,
Is there anybody done or give some suggestions?

I’ll assume you are working on debian here because the Android release does not support CSI at all!
Anyhow, the kernel used in the debian release does not support ISP anyway; it is already bypassing and no other mode is supported!
