Hikey960 adb push binary does not retain after reboot

Hi,

Hikey960 with android 12 (kernel 5.4 ) adb remount is success with overlaysfs. But if I push any new files in vendor or system partition its getting lost after reboot.

Any idea on how to push/replace the files in vendor/system partition ?
