If anyone wants to try Docker 1.13 on Hikey, I’ve done a quick and dirty port of the 64-bit version of HypriotOS.
The emmc image is here: http://people.linaro.org/~bill.fletcher/HypriotOS_Hikey/
User: pirate
Password: hypriot
The docker daemon should start at boot time. I’ve tested HDMI, USB and USB ethernet. No idea about wifi or bluetooth. There are some complaints about bluetooth when it boots.
