Is there way to enable diag mode on Linux image so Qualcomm tool such as QPST can be used on the Dragonboard?

A diag implementation suitable for our Linux releases (debian and OE) is being developed. Unfortunately I don’t have a ETA at this moment, but you’re definitely not the only one requesting this.

We also need to add support for DIAG in our custom board based on APQ8016E. We are working on Linaro-18.01.

Diag is supported on latest release (20.02). 18.01 does not support USB gadget switch AFAIR.
