Db845c not booting and nothing on microUSB serial port

Hello,

I have the db845c and I have tried the recovery procedure and I am not successful with this board. I have DIP switches 2 and 6 on and I connected to the USB 2.0 microUSB serial connector and I can see the COM port but when plugging in the power, I do not see any data come over the serial bus.

Does anyone have any troubleshooting steps to further investigate this issue?

Hello,
as far as I know there is no com port communication in recovery mode. can you see messages from com port after reboot ?
