is it possible to install Xen on dargonboard and if so could you send me a step by step tutorial

It would be very nice if we could run Xen on all 96Boards.
Booting from the boot-loader in EL2 mode is a strict requirement for Xen as described here.

The current bootloader for the DrabongOBoard 410c does not allow booting EL2, only until EL1.
