After Flashing Factory Images, hikey960 board cannot boot

Hi.

I am in a serious problem.
After Flashing Factory Images, hikey960 board cannot boot.
User LEDS 1, 4 is on, and any othter devices are not working.

Factory image version is “hikey960-linaro-2019.09.24” downloaded at “Linaro Snapshots”

I tested in windows and linux(ubuntu) environments.
and same result in both environment.

The guide maunal that I refered “Linux Host Installation for HiKey960 - 96Boards”

Please help me how to flash into boards normaly.

Even though board recovery, the phenomenon is not changed.
I tested 2 hikey boards, 2 boards are same state.

Do you have any output to console/uart?

Since I don’t have uart module, I didnot check it.

Its pretty much a prerequisite, if you’re trying untested builds. Get one. Just keep in mind that it has to be 1.8v.
