Hikey 970 kernel drm driver issue

I use the Hikey970 lebian and it works very well,
but I change the kernel to the code of https://github.com/96boards-hikey/linux hikey970-v4.9,
after I build and use this kernel, the drm driver seems to have some issues and the xorg can’t run.
Do someone know about this?

There have been several attempts to fix issues with the kernel.
Most fixes have ended up in the tree at https://github.com/hihope-hikey/linux/tree/hikey970-debain
Other fixes seem to have been lingering around at other places.

I have tried to combine them at https://github.com/janrinze/linux/tree/hikey970-v4.9-jrp

Hopefully we get some good fixes and be able to use the board to its full potential.

After comparing several branches it seems that https://github.com/hihope-hikey/linux/tree/hikey960-v4.9 has the most up-to-date sources.
