Maximum supported MicroSD card size

Hi,

what is the maximum MicroSD card size(in Giga bytes) supported by DB820c board.

Thanks,
Arun

The cut offs for SD cards are:

  • 2GB for standard capacity
  • 32GB for high capacity
  • 2TB for extended capacity

Thus I suspect DB820C should work up to 2TB but it is not practical to test that yet. I think the largest commercially available cards are currently 1TB and they are still very expensive. On the other hand, if you have tested with 64GB then there is a good chance that extended capacity cards will work OK.
